User data deletion

You can ask XPO Times to delete your account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. This applies to accounts created with email and password and to accounts created with Google or Facebook login.

How to request deletion

1. Email support@xpotimes.com with the subject Data deletion request.
2. Send it from the email address registered on your account, or tell us that address in the message, so we can verify the account is yours.
3. If you signed in with Facebook or Google, include the name shown on that profile.

You can also use the feedback form and choose “data deletion” in your message.

What happens next

• We confirm your request within 3 working days.
• We delete your account, profile, saved events, enquiries and sign-in details within 30 days.
• Events or organizer listings you published can be deleted with your account, or left online anonymised if you ask us to keep them.
• We may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example billing or fraud-prevention records), and only for as long as required.

Data we receive from Facebook or Google

When you sign in with Facebook or Google we receive only your name, email address and profile picture. Deleting your XPO Times account removes this data from our systems. To also remove XPO Times from your Facebook or Google account, revoke its access in your Facebook app settings or Google account permissions.
