These terms govern your use of XPO Times at xpotimes.com (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site. They sit alongside our privacy policy, which explains cookies, advertising and personal data — including rules publishers must follow for Google AdSense.
XPO Times publishes information about trade fairs, expos, exhibitions, venues and organizers. Listings may come from public sources, organizers, members or our own research. Dates, venues, prices and contacts can change. Always confirm details with the official organizer before you travel, exhibit or buy a pass.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, harm other users, or put the site at risk.
If you post an event or other content, you confirm you have the right to publish it and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. You grant XPO Times a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content on the site and in related search, social and promotional materials. You remain the owner of your content. We may edit, refuse or remove listings that are incomplete, duplicated, outdated or that violate these terms or Google publisher content rules.
You may not use the site to break the law, infringe copyright or trademarks, spread malware, scrape the service in an abusive way, attempt to access other users' accounts, or post content Google and similar ad networks prohibit — including, without limitation, content that is sexually explicit, that exploits children, that promotes violence, hate or terrorism, that sells illegal products, that is dangerously misleading, or that is designed to click ads fraudulently. We cooperate with valid legal requests and may report abuse.
The site may show third-party ads, including Google AdSense. Ads are provided by those partners. Clicking an ad takes you to a third-party site we do not control. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms and Google's privacy policy. Do not click ads as a way to generate invalid traffic. Invalid clicks, incentivized clicks or automated traffic can violate Google AdSense program policies and these terms.
The XPO Times name, design and original editorial material belong to us or our licensors. Event names, logos and brands belong to their owners and appear for identification. You may not copy the site wholesale, republish our database, or use our marks without permission.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that listings are complete, current or error-free, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that third-party websites linked from ads or listings are safe. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, XPO Times and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the site or reliance on any listing. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater. Some places do not allow these limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted.
You agree to indemnify XPO Times against claims arising from content you submit or from your misuse of the site.
We may change these terms or the site at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. We may stop offering all or part of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of xpotimes.com, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction over that operator may hear disputes, except where consumer-protection law gives you a right to sue in your home country.
