Gulfood Manufacturing, Gulf Host, ISM Middle East and Private Label Middle East are scheduled together at Dubai World Trade Centre from 2–5 November 2026. The group will create a concentrated week for food, processing, packaging and hospitality industries.
The cluster is distinct from the January Gulfood sourcing fair. Its focus spans processing equipment, hospitality supplies, sweets and private-label business. Exhibitors and buyers can therefore plan meetings across several connected categories in one venue.
Dubai and Abu Dhabi share the dates
The Dubai schedule coincides with ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi. That overlap may divide energy and food-and-beverage travel teams across the Emirates, particularly for companies whose portfolios serve more than one industry.
Packaging and processing exhibitors also face a two-stop autumn route. Companies that attend PACK EXPO in Chicago in October can then move to Dubai for a regional programme focused on food manufacturing, hospitality and private-label opportunities.
For buyers, the four-show grouping supports supplier comparisons across machinery, ingredients, packaging and service equipment. For organizers, the shared dates create a stronger event calendar but also increase pressure on hotel capacity, staffing and freight coordination.
XPO Times covers these trade fairs through its international trade show intelligence service.
